Puppy Agreement
The Buyer hereby agrees to purchase the puppy from Amanda Foust,
out of:_____________________________________, Born _____/_____/_____, for
the amount of $_________________________, and is ready to be a responsible owner.
The buyer understands that this puppy will be eligible for permanent registration with
the AKC or CKC and will be instructed on how to register the puppy. The Seller agrees
to furnish the buyer with the necessary health information, including all shots and
worming records. Puppy will have received 1-3 vaccines, depending on age, and will
be wormed at least 2 times. NO puppy will be replaced or no money will be refunded in
case of parvo.
A minimum of a $200.00 deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits must be paid
by Credit Card, Paypal, Cash, Cashier's Check, or Postal Money Order. Choice of a
puppy is determined by a first come first to choose basis. The puppy will be placed on
hold for 2 business days while waiting for said deposit. If the deposit is not received
by or on the 3rd business day, the puppy will be placed back up for sale. Once Amanda
Foust, receives the deposit, the puppy will be considered sold. If for any reason you
change your mind and do not want or cannot take your puppy, you forfeit your deposit.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE, except in cases of premature death prior to the
delivery of your puppy.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This includes flight crate and
actual shipping costs ($250.00 total). All shipping and remaining balance on the puppy
MUST be paid before puppy will be shipped. The Veterinarian Certificate will be
provided by the Seller.
Buyer will pick up puppy at the time it is six and half to eight weeks old, or have the
puppy shipped at eight weeks or older. If after the puppy is 8 weeks old, and there is
no attempts by the Buyer to make arrangements with Amanda Foust or any attempts to
pickup or ship the puppy, Amanda Foust will assume that you no longer want the puppy
and the Buyer then forfeits the puppy, deposit and any payments made on the puppy.
Then puppy will then be put back up for sale. Seller will keep the puppy after 8 weeks
of age for an additional charge of $25.00 a week.
The Buyer Agrees To The Following:
The Buyer agrees to keep the puppy's vaccinations current and keep the puppy in
humane conditions, providing proper food, water, shelter and lots of love.
Seller recommends using Belton Vet Clinic in Belton, TX. Phone# 254-939-1884,
Located next to the Belton County Expo Center. Dr. Dunn’s clinic is very inexpensive,
very experienced, helpful, and with or without an appointment there is very little wait.
The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a Licensed Veterinarian within 72
hours after delivery time for a complete physical examination and to provide seller a
copy of puppy's Vet Health examination within 7days. If puppy is not examined by a
Licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours after delivery time, all guarantees listed are null
and void.
Your Puppy is Guaranteed as Follows:
To be in good physical condition for the first 72 hours after the time of delivery to the
Buyer. If your Licensed Veterinarian finds the puppy to have a serious physical
condition other then a viral or bacterial infection, such as cocidia or giadaria, or
roundworms or tapeworms, which are easily treated, the Seller will replace the puppy
with another puppy of comparable or better quality when available from same or
upcoming litter, after the first puppy is returned to Seller. The Seller reserves the
right to a second Veterinary opinion by the Sellers Veterinary, all at the Buyer’s
Expense.

We guarantee against genetic defects/hereditary defects that cause death or serious
impairment of the vital functions in the puppy till said puppy is one year old. If such an
inheritable defect is documented by a Licensed Veterinarian and presented to the
Seller with sufficient supporting evidence, the Buyer will be entitled a replacement
puppy of comparable or better quality, when available from same or upcoming litter,
after the first puppy is returned to the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to a
second Veterinary opinion by the Sellers Veterinary, all at the Buyers expense. Your
guarantee will be valid as long as the puppy gets all vaccinations on time and has all
Vet visit documentation. At no time is the Seller responsible for defects/conditions
caused by the Buyers neglect, abuse improper nutrition, treatment and mishandling to
the puppy.
By signing this agreement, You, the Buyer agree that you are 18 years of age or older
and have read and fully and completely understand this agreement. I the Buyer have
enclosed a $200.00 deposit to hold my puppy and I agree to pay the remaining balance
when the puppy is at 6 and one half weeks of age, in the amount of
